i-TEK Solutions, a premier IT Staffing Agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager and Outside Sales Representative for our Scottsdale office to help grow our client base.
Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager and Outside Sales Representative will drive business development efforts through identifying new client opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and selling staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement).
Duties:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and site visits to build relationships with potential clients
- Meet with prospects and clients virtually and in person
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Negotiate and close new accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for the accounts you close
- Work together with recruiters and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing follow-up
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in the staffing, recruiting, or HR services industry.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A master relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
