i-TEK Solutions, a premier IT Staffing Agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager and Outside Sales Representative for our Scottsdale office to help grow our client base.

Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager and Outside Sales Representative will drive business development efforts through identifying new client opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and selling staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement).

Duties:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and site visits to build relationships with potential clients
  • Meet with prospects and clients virtually and in person
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Negotiate and close new accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the accounts you close
  • Work together with recruiters and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing follow-up

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in the staffing, recruiting, or HR services industry.
  • Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A master relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
