i-TEK has an extensive database with local candidates, access to all major internet databases, and relationships with thousands of candidates that we have placed and worked with throughout the years. We advertise on the internet job postings and we have a presence at major local recruiting events. For every given position we are able to provide at least 3-4 candidates that meet the exact technical mandatory skill set as well as the billing rate and availability requirements.
