What is your recruiting process?

Quality and timing are two major components of being successful at providing the right candidate for the job. Our recruiters proactively source top candidates from the industry and are able to respond quickly to requirements.

i-TEK has an extensive database with local candidates, access to all major internet databases and relationships with thousands of candidates that we have placed and worked with throughout the years. We advertise on the internet job postings and we have a presence to major local recruiting events. We feel that for every giving position we are able to provide at least 3-4 candidates that meet the exact technical mandatory skill set as well as the billing rate and availability.

What are your Candidates Selection Techniques?

Each candidate is carefully screened by identifying the technical skills required by the customer. Questions are being formulated based on the customer’s “mandatory skills” and each candidate is asked those questions. There is also a list of personality questions that each potential candidate is asked. We also check references and verify prior employment.

Do you conduct Background Checks and Drug Test for your employees/ consultants?

i-TEK performs national criminal background investigations and 5 or 10 panel drug test prior to the employee's start date as directed by the customers.

What are some of the retention incentives for your employees/ consultants?

i-TEK has a competitive pay rate structure for our consultants. We believe that by providing fair billing and pay rates to both our customers and our consultants will result in long lasting relationships and successful completed projects.

What are your billing rates mark-ups?

We offer our clients fair billing and placement fee rates. We believe that this is important for our relationship building business model. In most cases budgets are tight and limited and we work with our clients to achieve their project goals within those budgets.
